What is a C3 Diversion?
A C3 diversion estimate is a free of charge of service, which provides you within an estimated cost for completing any diversion works to our assets.
We will review your proposed development and will identify if our asset will be impacted as a result of your works, we will then provide a budget cost for the diversion works (please note this estimate is based on a worst case scenario with all mains located within your site boundary needing to be diverted).
This is an estimate only and if you require a diversion and wish to proceed, you will need to make an application for a C4 diversion.

We will acknowledge receipt of your application within 5 days.
If any diversions are required, you will receive an estimate within 28 days of submitting your application.
If diversions have been identified for your project, you can then complete our C4 Diversion Application which will provide you with an accurate cost and design to carry out the works.
