What is a mains requisition estimate (Section 42)?
You can ask us to lay the water main. When a requisition relates to a development site, we will lay the new water main(s) from the point(s) of connection to our existing network to the site. Under a requisition, will carry out the network modelling, design and lay the water main and you will pay the requisition charge which is equal to the total cost of the site specific works. We may require you to enter into an undertaking with us.
