What is your complaints process?

If you have a complaint, please follow the steps below:

Stage 1: You should submit complaints or appeals via email to Developer Services to ensure written confirmation for auditing purposes. The complaint or appeal will be forwarded to the Coordinator who prepared the original estimate and managed the scheme. The Coordinator will work to address any issues and propose a solution.

Stage 2: If unresolved, the matter will proceed to a Departmental Lead, who will conduct a further investigation and seek to resolve the issue.

Stage 3: If still unresolved, the appeal or complaint will be escalated to a Senior Technical Lead or the Departmental Lead will advise you to contact Consumer Council Water (CCW) for further assistance.

If you remain dissatisfied after Stage 2 or 3, you will be advised to contact the Consumer Council for Water (CCW) for further assistance with any remaining disputes.
